AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AUTHORIZATION OF INSURED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 532(b) of Title 18 of the Delaware Code by inserting after, the words "property insurance," and before the word "except" the following:
"or as to guaranty association assessments or tax credits for such assessments,".
