AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ESCAPE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1253, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “from a detention facility” from that section and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“from a detention facility or other place having custody of such person”.
