AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 8363 of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting after “(3)” and before “the” the following:
“The member has ten (10) years of service and is retired due to age, pursuant to § 8361 of this Title; or
(4)”.
