AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATED TO PENSION BENEFITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §5531(a), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a sentence to the end of said subsection to read as follows:
“Said two month look-back restriction shall not apply to applications pursuant to §5524 of this Title.”
Section 2. This Act shall be effective for current and prospective disability pensioners upon enactment.
