AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TAXATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1182(a), Title 30 of the Delaware Code by inserting between the words “form” and “whereby” the words “or schedule”.
Section 2. Amend § 1188(d), Title 30 of the Delaware Code by inserting between the words “Form” and “whereby” the words “or schedule”.
Section 3. Amend § 1189(c), Title 30 of the Delaware Code by inserting between the words “Form” and “whereby” the words “or schedule”.
