AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CONTINUOUS REMOTE ALCOHOL MONITORING PILOT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4219(a), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language “and shall last for a period of 1 year from the date the first person selected for continuous remote alcohol monitoring is issued the remote monitoring technology.” as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“and shall continue for as long as continuation funds remain.”.
