AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DIETITIANS AND NUTRITIONISTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 3806(a)(1), Qualifications of applicants [Effective June 21, 2009], Chapter 38, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word “or” at the end of the paragraph and inserting therein the word “and”.
Section 2. Amend § 3806(a)(3), Qualifications of applicants [Effective June 21, 2009], Chapter 38, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by deleting the “.” at the end of the paragraph and inserting therein “; and”.
